Rob Coseo, MBA

Executive Director

Rob has worked in various capacities with Tidewell Health Services since August 2010, after earning his Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with honors from Webster University. Rob is a graduate of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation’s Leadership Institute, and was featured in Sarasota Magazine’s Ten Rising Talents to Watch. He came to Tidewell from WCI Communities, where he served as General Manager of Amenities for Tidewater Preserve in Bradenton. In addition to successfully launching Tidewell’s first thrift shop – Treasures – Rob has directed several successful businesses in Sarasota, including a tennis magazine, a marketing agency and the formation of the Sarasota Open, a Women’s Tennis Association tour event.

 

Diana Escareno

Director of Operations

Diana joined Approved Home Health in 2012 and is responsible for ensuring that the needs of clients and contracted partners are delivered with the highest level of satisfaction and efficiency. Diana is also responsible for developing strategies and policies that align with our CHAP accreditation, organizational goals and client requirements.  Diana has more than 20 years experience in health care operations and management.Mary Wolfson

 

Mary Wolfson

RN Supervisor

Mary Graduated from Syracuse University 34 years ago with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is still a member of Sigma Theta Tau, National Honor Society of Nursing. Her first job was at Children’s Hospital of Buffalo in the emergency room before transitioning to the neonatal intensive care unit. She also worked at hospice in Buffalo for two years and joined Tidewell Hospice after relocating to Florida. Mary maintains an interest in holistic health and natural healing methods and is committed to the idea that optimal health results can be achieved through a combination of eastern and western medical doctrines.

Mary Harris

Recruiter/Scheduler

Mary joined Tidewell Hospice in 2002, in the human resources department, where she worked in several capacities. In 2005, she was promoted to the position of recruiter and, in 2011, Mary split her time recruiting for both Tidewell and Approved Home Health. Since October 2012, Mary has been full time with Approved Home Health, where she works to match caregivers with clients, as well as recruit and screen talented, compassionate aides.

Maritza hails from Jersey City, N.J. She earned her certificate for Medical/Clerical Studies and coordinates the agency’s billing. When asked about her experience working at Approved Home Health, she said, “What I like most about working for Approved Home Health is how we are able to make a positive impact in the daily lives of our clients. I feel as if they have become part of our family, which gives me a warm feeling of accomplishment.”

Maritza has been with Approved Home Health since November 2008 and has performed nearly every task associated with office operations. Aside from her operational duties, Maritza goes above and beyond to assist with the needs of our aides and provide compassionate customer service to our clients.
