Rob Coseo, MBA

Executive Director

Rob has worked in various capacities with Tidewell Health Services since August 2010, after earning his Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with honors from Webster University. Rob is a graduate of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation’s Leadership Institute, and was featured in Sarasota Magazine’s Ten Rising Talents to Watch. He came to Tidewell from WCI Communities, where he served as General Manager of Amenities for Tidewater Preserve in Bradenton. In addition to successfully launching Tidewell’s first thrift shop – Treasures – Rob has directed several successful businesses in Sarasota, including a tennis magazine, a marketing agency and the formation of the Sarasota Open, a Women’s Tennis Association tour event.

Elizabeth Gilbert-Taitt, MA

Director of Operations

Elizabeth Gilbert-Taitt joined Approved Home Health as the Director of Operations in May 2011. She holds an MA in Public Administration from Queens College in New York. Elizabeth recently worked as a manager with the Health and Hospitals Corporation in New York and was there for 27 years. Her hobbies include: helping people, cooking and entertaining. She has two children, one grandchild and one dog. Elizabeth stays involved in the community as a volunteer/tutor for the Literacy Program in Sarasota, Florida.

Julia McCauley, RN

Director of Nursing

Julia has been the Director of Nursing for Approved Home Health since 2008. She has many years of management experience. Julia worked as an LPN from 1984 until she graduated with her RN in 1996 from Shepherd College in West Virginia. Her hobbies include: family time, Shopping, baking, fishing, picnicking, boating, decorating, and church activities. She has three children, five grandchildren, and two dogs. Julia's life commitment is to helping people.
