Rob has worked in various capacities with Tidewell since August 2010, after earning his Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) with honors from Webster University. Rob is a graduate of the Gulf Coast Community Foundation’s Leadership Institute, and was featured in Sarasota Magazine’s Ten Rising Talents to Watch. He came to Tidewell from WCI Communities, where he served as General Manager of Amenities for Tidewater Preserve in Bradenton. In addition to successfully launching Tidewell’s first thrift shop – Treasures – Rob has directed several successful businesses in Sarasota, including a tennis magazine, a marketing agency and the formation of the Sarasota Open, a Women’s Tennis Association tour event.
Director of Nursing/Operations
Mary joined Tidewell Hospice in 2002, in the human resources department, where she worked in several capacities. In 2005, she was promoted to the position of recruiter and, in 2011, Mary split her time recruiting for both Tidewell and Approved Home Health. Since October 2012, Mary has been full time with Approved Home Health, where she works to match caregivers with clients, as well as recruit and screen talented, compassionate aides.
Maritza hails from Jersey City, N.J. She earned her certificate for Medical/Clerical Studies and coordinates the agency’s billing. When asked about her experience working at Approved Home Health, she said, “What I like most about working for Approved Home Health is how we are able to make a positive impact in the daily lives of our clients. I feel as if they have become part of our family, which gives me a warm feeling of accomplishment.”

Maritza has been with Approved Home Health since November 2008 and has performed nearly every task associated with office operations. Aside from her operational duties, Maritza goes above and beyond to assist with the needs of our aides and provide compassionate customer service to our clients.
