When you choose Approved Home Health, the first step before care begins is a timely visit (no more than 24 hours from the time of your call) from our Director of Nursing, who conducts a thorough client evaluation. This visit and conversation is designed to determine the level of care required to match you or your loved one with the most appropriate services and caregiver.
It’s important that you are comfortable with your caregiver and that you have a clear understanding of the types of services available. The evaluation visit also allows us to ensure that we can help you maintain a safe in-home environment.
I have been a client for 14 years. My husband had it; he passed away and now I am a client. We’ve always had excellent caregivers. Approved Home Health is efficient, understanding and very caring. I get help from other agencies, but Approved Home Health is the only one that sends out birthday cards.
