Requirements for Employment

Before an employment offer is confirmed, an applicant will go through 5 areas of prescreening, including:

  • Nationwide criminal background screening
  • Pre-employment drug screening
  • Electronic fingerprinting check
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Employment references

As a result of regulations dictated by our insurance carrier, we cannot offer employment to any applicant whose MVR screening shows:

More than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months, such as:

  • Speeding
  • Following too closely
  • Running a stop sign

or more than one at-fault accident in the past 7 years or
any major infraction in the past 7 years, such as:

  • a ticket for driving with a canceled, revoked or suspended license
  • DUI
